In preparing A Collection of Lutheran Music for publication, every effort has been made to respect the intellectual property rights of the music copyright holders. Only public domain material is included in the collection. Detailed Content & Copyright information for each hymnal is provided in these PDF documents:

All existing editions of the collection are abridged in the sense that the lyrics and tunes under copyright protection have been omitted or are replaced with placeholders.

Lutheran Music Copyrights

Original work contained in A Collection of Lutheran Music, including original chord settings, is the intellectual property of the editor and composer, Mr. Donald L. Vossler. Printed materials, computer files, CDs/DVDs, and web page layouts may not be copied or redistributed, except for personal use by the original customer.

Notwithstanding the above, purchased materials may be used by congregations in support of worship services and other fellowship activities as long as copies of the materials are not unreasonably proliferated.

Lutheran Music does not currently participate in the copyright license programs managed by Church Copyright License, Inc. (CCLI) or OneLicense.net LLC.
